Vita Journey Across The Unconscious Cosmos

Standing at the Edge

Have you ever been in a space where you feel like you have to make a decision that’s going to alter the course of your entire life and you’re unsure what to do about it as that step is eerily scary and what comes is all of this unknown and uncertainty? Not only that, there’s already so much unknown naturally about your situation that it’s difficult to even make that decision? It’s kind of like standing by the edge of an olympic height high-diving board and knowing all you have to do is just jump and everything will probably be okay, but then the fear kicks in and like… how do you really know things will turn out okay? What do you do to help yourself trust in the process while juggling both the excitement and the fear? I was once told that fear and excitement are the same energy but perceived differently. How do you even gather enough information to understand all the potential outcomes of your choice and is it even possible to anticipate all possibilities? I wonder sometimes if the answer is to take things one step at a time, make choices from what we already know, be open to learning new information, be willing to course correct if necessary, become co-creators with the universe and others who are involved, and see where life takes us. Maybe that helps ease the mind and the fears? My most memorable decisions seem to have been made with intuitive knowing/guidance and basically just “following my heart.” Any one at the precipice of such a big decision? What will it take to finally make that big decision? Lots to ponder…
