I made this post to celebrate my friendship with my good friend, Nicole:
My dearest Nicole, spiritual sister, medic of my once fractured soul and heart. Your unconditional love flows from a source of abundance that is never-ending.
With divine timing, you consistently applied your gentle healing touch whenever darkness threatened to consume, reminding me of the tenacity of my own light. A lighthouse casting golden beams, through turbulent waters, your light continuously guided me home. And now, my own lighthouse is built beside yours.
The wedding rings we crafted together, a sacred memento of your grace, your hands and soul helping shape our forever, your essence embraced in metal. In these circles of eternity, my partner and I carry you with us on our hands and within our hearts.
May our spiritual journeys continue as we wander through this mystical life, sharing more laughs, and creating more endearing memories. Side by side, heart to heart, my dear and darling friend, saranghae.
Thinking back, it was quite interesting how we became friends. We met at a place where old and new friends were gathering for an astrology event, which is also where I met my beloved meditation teacher (she was the astrologer presenting)! I remember the energy that day being *very* high and positive and somehow during the night, Nicole and I ended up right next to one another. Her giant smile and excitement, as we met one another, was so incredibly captivating! Turns out, we both took a self help course from a place called Landmark Education. While I did the whole program plus their communications courses, which I super loved and got insane value out of, she got even further than I did into their leadership programs. It was so nice that we had that in common and I was impressed with how far she got beyond the normal program. Now that I think about it, the gathering where I met both Nicole and my meditation teacher was an incredibly significant moment in my life. Feels destined.
Throughout the years, we kept in touch. She was always happy to share new knowledge that she learned with me. She taught me about day trading in the stock market, which I did try but quickly transitioned into long term investing as soon as I realized how dangerous it was. She kept at it and I admired that about her. I would try to help her with technical things that I was familiar with when possible. We got along very well and I loved how she was always sharing new things that she had learned with me. It helped to continuously expand my mind and helped me see new possibilities. She was extremely generous with her time, cared for, and nurtured me in a way that I most enjoyed.
I always wondered how she knew when I needed help. It was almost like she had ESP or something and would reach out at those *exact* moments I felt at my lowest with just the right word of encouragement or the perfect amount of positive energy that would jumpstart my spirits. There was only so much she could do though as it was up to me to get myself out of my funk but every time I was close to losing hope, she would magically give her healing touch and it’d be good enough to keep me going. I don’t know what I did to get so lucky to have encountered a friend like her but I ain’t complaining lol. I can only imagine she’s another important soul connection to me.
I remember one time a loved one was dealing with some health issues and when Nicole found out, she took the time to teach me some healing modalities to share with my loved one to help relieve pain. I was incredibly touched that she would give her time that generously with me and also to my loved ones. I will never forget that moment. The love I feel from her is unlimited.
When it came to crafting my wedding rings, Nicole was a freaking champ at getting them done quickly and well. I was so surprised but not really as I was already aware of her professionalism and integrity. I was grateful that she was able to rush the job that quickly accommodating my tight deadline. I am forever grateful for that as well.
When my partner and I took a road trip down to Florida late last year, Nicole and her husband welcomed us with such warmth and grace. They cooked us the most delicious meals and I had so much fun catching up with them. We had this wonderfully enchanting time at a nearby beach, watching the sunset, while sharing about our life’s journeys and lessons learned. She also took time to teach me even more things and it was so thrilling to learn from her. I continue to be in awe of her generosity. I love how our interests are so vast yet similar.
Some friends come and go. Some friends are there to stay. Some friends are connections that span across lifetimes. I believe Nicole and I are soul friends. When I reflect back on our journey together, and see the love and care that she constantly provided for me, I can tell what a kind, loving, generous, thoughtful, sweet, nurturing, high integrity, and powerful person she is and I am here for it! The reverence and admiration I feel for her flows deeply from my heart and I am excited to see how our friendship evolves over time.
Love you Vita! You are a bright star. I knew from the moment I met you. Your eyes were sparkly and your energy was quietly glowing. You are so smart and emotionally intelligent, you would understand everything I talk about super quick. So easy to communicate with you. I feel you when you are ready to reach out. It comes as a spark of energy.
When I speak to you, I get so happy and my thoughts become clear. How grateful i’ve met you. You’ve helped me so much over the years and I’m so thankful. You are an inspiration to me. You are a reminder for me to know that we can achieve excellence accessing a different part of us and talents. Your technical knowledge over computers helped me so much. Also, I wasn’t quite sure if it was ever possible for me to trade in a super fast environment. It was almost like going to a battle every time but I knew by watching you play games that it is possible for one to be courageous and super fast while performing with precision. No one else is like that around me but you had the quality. It was like a piece of cake to you… of course I got to know that you would work so hard to get to that level. You would put in many hours of training and dedicate yourself until you achieve excellence!!
I’m so grateful for our friendship. We do talk about a lot of stuff covering various topics. Our friendship means a lot to me. We are soul sisters. I’m so happy to offer everything I know. It’s such a joy to share with you. You are love, kindness, care, joy, fun and inspiration….. so many amazing qualities that I appreciate so much.
In my consciousness practice, we talk about receiving. When we say someone’s receiving is great, that means you can receive so much from others and you can literally pull out the best of people when you choose to. You help people to be themselves while they express the gifts within. It’s all because of your receiving ability. Often times, most of people don’t know that they have such gifts within themselves.
It’s so amazing to watch you grow, try new things and now starting this creative writing. Congratulations my dear Vita.
